Ramesh joined Delta Capital Group with extensive experience in the senior management and Strategic Consulting roles. Ramesh's core competency is in the business strategy and the technology implementation working with Financial and Insurance industry clients with global development, deployment and support model. Ramesh served as the founder and CEO of Entegram, responsible for managing the strategic business direction and providing significant value differentiator in the solution offering to clients with Program Delivery Services. Entegram was recognized as Connecticut Fast50 in 2002 and 2003 and was awarded the Best Supplier Award by the United Technologies Corporation. Ramesh orchestrated the acquisition of Entegram by a Global Consulting Company in 2005. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Ramesh was the Director of Application Development with a Microsoft Solution Provider. Prior to this, Ramesh held a technical team lead role at The Hartford Insurance Company, responsible for project management and delivery; Ramesh was a technical Senior Systems Analyst with Andersen Consulting (ACCENTURE), responsible for System Architecture and application design in the Financial Services organization. As an active and known figure of the Connecticut Technology Council, USA, Ramesh have been associated with CMSDC (Connecticut Minority Supplier Development Council) for several years. Ramesh was associated with BusinessLinc (the apex body consisting of major companies in Connecticut, USA) over the past 10 years. Ramesh earned a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the Regional Engineering College, India (1983) and Masters Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India (1985).
