R. Kevin King

Kevin joined Delta in January 2009 after spending several years as Senior VP at TD Bank specializing in LBO's, Cash Flow lending and loan syndications.Prior to his tenure with TDB Kevin enjoyed a 30+ banking year career with Fleet Boston Financial in various corporate banking capacities encompassing commercial/corporate lending, TDR's or troubled debt refinancing and syndicated loan restructurings and sale.

As a result of his lengthy tenure in banking Kevin has developed and maintained numerous contacts in the lending,legal and accounting communities. Additionally Kevin enjoys access to an extensive list of Junior Debt and Capital providers. He interrupted his banking in the mid 1990's to acquire a Ct. based manufacturing company which was sold in 2000 and as a result he provides Delta clients hands on operating experience.

Kevin is a graduate of Boston College, has two adult daughters and lives in Simsbury,Ct.
