Our Client is based in New Jersey and is actively seeking to acquire similar type companies located along the eastern seaboard of the United States.

Along with its affiliate company, our Client is a major provider of wireless systems to Fortune 500 corporations, the Airline Industry, Local and State governments. As a result of its rapid growth, the Company is looking to bolster both its management and technical teams through the acquisition process. We are very creative in our purchasing methods and can create a program whereby the owners are paid out in cash or over a period of time in order to minimize tax payments. In general we are looking for majority control of any acquisition and are happy to keep existing management in place where feasible.
