Lawrence Lloyd joined Delta in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lloyd ran a management consulting firm which he founded in 1997. He is a seasoned senior level executive with experience leading and managing start-up and growing businesses with profit and loss responsibility. His consulting engagements resulted in successful business advancements with more than 60 clients focused on exponential growth cycles across multiple industries. Engagements concentrated on:
Mr. Lloyd developed a multi-disciplinary approach to working with clients built upon Michael Porter’s (Harvard Business School) model of dissecting and managing organizations through a value chain driven approach. Prior to working as a consultant, Mr. Lloyd served in a variety of capacities for Bernard Packaging Associates (exiting as Executive Vice President), a light gauge thermoforming manufacturing company with manufacturing facilities in New Jersey, Wisconsin and Texas. Mr. Lloyd is a graduate of Stonehill College and later earned an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurial studies from the Olin School of Management at Babson College. He lives in Wilbraham, MA with his wife Sarah and their two daughters. In his spare time, Mr. Lloyd enjoys reading, walking/hiking and practicing the art of carpentry.
